Description of Services
Ongoing assistance in the community for people who have experienced violence and abuse * team meets with clients in a safe place to:
- create individual safety plans
- navigate various systems (financial, health, housing, legal)
- connect to community resources and supports
About Us
The Transitional Outreach Program offers services to individuals and groups who have experienced abuse and are living in the London and surrounding area. Safety planning, support, referrals and advocacy are offered to assist in your efforts to build and maintain safe and stable lives.
