- they are a contact of a confirmed positive case, or
- they live or work at a place with an outbreak (such as long-term care home or retirement home),
- they live or work in a group setting (such as a school or homeless shelter), or
- they will be visiting a long-term care home, or
- they are eligible for a testing initiative (determined by the Ministry of Health or Ministry of Long-Term Care).
