Eligibility / Target Population
- Youth 12-17 years of age
- Evidence of a mental illness or is suspected of having mental health issues, traumatic brain injury, or developmental issues
- Youth's mental health issue must be able to be effectively managed with the community
- Youth has been charged with a Class 1 or less serious Class II type of offence OR
- Is on current probation and receives a new divertible charge

Description of Services
Provides an alternative to the court process for youth with mental health issues and deemed appropriate for court diversion
- Provides consultations to the Crown Attorney and develops service care plans
- Assists youth to access mental health services and community supports including mental health and addiction services
