Call or drop-in * identification for each family member (e.g. drug card, birth certificate, etc.), proof of income (e.g. Ontario Works, pay stubs, etc.) and proof of residence required for material aid and Christmas hampers

Description of Services

Services to help with basic needs including shelter, housing assistance and material aid
  •  
  • Housing Stability Bank Financial assistance to low income Londoners to obtain and retain housing, and for those at risk of homelessness
  •  
  • Recovery Community Centre Supportive, therapeutic and rehabilitative recovery living environment for people in recovery from substance use disorder
  •  
  • Shelter Services Emergency shelter beds and short-term transitional housing (up to one year)
  •  
  • Withdrawal Management Non-medical residential treatment for people in a crisis due to withdrawal from substance use * space provided on a first-come, first-serve basis
