UCCS (Seniors' Active Living Centre) offers:
- fitness classes, tai chi, posture and balance
- social gatherings and special events
- games clubs (trivia, mind games)
- arts and musical activities
- speaker series and wellness fairs
- volunteer opportunities
- coffee hours
