Description of Services

Recreation centre for older adults who wish to:
  • be physically active
  • meet new friends
  • engage in recreational activities and special events
  • attend outings and/or day trips
Gives individuals access to a large variety of weekly fitness and recreational gatherings. Services offered at:
  • Northwood Community Centre
  • Humber Summit Library
  • Toronto Community Housing Buildings
  • and, virtually
