Description of Services

Provides safe and affordable housing in the community for individuals with a serious mental illness and who require treatment, rehabilitation, and support

Works in partnership with three non-profit landlords, Northern Linkage Community Housing Incorporated, Lutheran Community Housing, and Matrix Affordable Housing

Provides high and medium levels of supportive accommodation

Community Homes for Opportunity (CHO):

Provides accommodations in private homes for individuals with serious mental illness who require long-term care and community based rehabilitation
Partners with six Home Operators licensed by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care who can accommodate up to 41 clients
Residents receive treatment and rehabilitation services from a team of health care workers
