Description of Services

Provides individuals with an intellectual and/or developmental disability the opportunity to live and share in the activities of a family home

Utilizes a range of group home and apartment settings in the community where families or individuals share their home and time

Provides support workers to assist with recreational activities, medical appointments and to ensure the individual is receiving adequate support in the home
