Description of Services

Provides education, information and services to reduce incidence, spread and complications of infectious diseases
Administers the following programs and services:

Infectious Diseases
Harm Reduction Program
Sexual Health
Vaccine Preventable Diseases

Cancer Detection

Hosts educational sessions on breast health, cervical cancer and prostate and testicular cancer
Promotes early detection of cancer

Partners with the following programs:

Ontario Breast Screening Program, Northwest Region
Ontario Breast Screening Program (OBSP)
Ontario Cervical Screening Program
Rainy River District Breast Health Network
Ontario Breast Screening Advisory Committee
