An intake assessment is completed when an individual joins New Foundations followed by a program orientation session

Description of Services

?Provides employment, education, social activities, housing support, advocacy, and brief case management to individuals with mental health issues in order to achieve recovery in every aspect of their living

Provides current information about mental health, addictions and community services

Provides referrals to other mental health resources within CMHA and Thunder Bay
