Wheelchair Accessible

Delivers sensitive, timely and portable services to individuals who are struggling with a serious mental illness or concurrent disorder

Provides a psychosocial model of care to facilitate full and active participation in the recovery process and promote independence

Designs services to maximize an individual's functioning in the community

Offers case management support services

Provides the following services:

Assistance in accessing mental health and/or psychiatric services
Help to integrate into the community advocating with informal and formal community resources
Referrals to community agencies, where appropriate
Assistance in accessing income support such as Ontario Works and Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)
Housing rent supplement
Assistance in obtaining and maintaining housing in the community
