Members are required to attend two annual meetings of the co-operative
Committees are made up of volunteer members
Members from each building are also assigned duties on a rotational basis such as lawn care, snow shoveling, vacuuming hallways etc

Provides a total of 80 units in 5 buildings; 35 one-bedroom and 44 two-bedroom units

Includes 32 handicapped-accessible units (16 one-bedroom and 16 two-bedroom)

Administers 10 supportive care units through Handicapped Action Group Inc (HAGI)

Offers 24-hour attendant care service
