Offers programs for parents, caregivers and families to help them develop the knowledge and skills to care for their child or youth

- Helps parents and caregivers develop stronger relationships with their child
- Offered in a group setting
- Helps parents and caregivers to understand and manage their teen's emotions and behaviours
- Offered in a group setting
- Provides parents and caregivers with the skills and knowledge to build positive behviours in their children and gain confidence in their parenting abilities
- Offers support groups to parents to provide them with education and community connections
- Provides a monthly Down Syndrome Parent Support Group
- Facilitates access between children and their parents or caregiver through visits or exchanges
- Offers a safe environment where visits and exchanges can take place
