Eligibility / Target Population
- Must be a member of Nishnawbe-Aski Nation (NAN) First Nations
- Must have a chemically dependent family member(s) who is out of the acute stage and has expressed a desire for help and
- Has been clean and sober for at least 30 days prior to start of program and
- Has recently completed a medical examination and
- Has completed referral forms
Note: Single persons eligible under certain circumstances

- Healing of memories
- Several cultural activities such as trapping, fishing and hunting, as well as cooking food outdoors
- Transition and return home
- Aftercare and follow up at the community level for one year
