Community-based program, providing mental health programs and services

Services include:
  • individual, family and group counselling
  • parent and youth counselling
  • holistic, culturally appropriate services with Western approaches
  • counselling services to address relationships, depression, stress management, self esteem
  • crisis and trauma counselling support
  • advocacy
  • referrals as necessary
  • social skills
