Peer Talk - Volunteer speakers giving information on ways to reduce the stigma and fear surrounding mental illness * speaker led group with respectful, open discussions encouraged

About Us
One in five people will experience a mood disorder (depression, anxiety or bipolar disorder). Hope + Me is dedicated to offering free support and programs to individuals and their families ;living with a mood disorder. We provide this through awareness, education, and training; family and youth clinical support; recovery programs; and peer support.
