Description of Services
Assessment, support, research and counselling for bleeding disorders
Assessment Program - Assessment conducted annually by a team of specialists who advise the patient's doctor of any problems
Identification Program - Complete medical identification and personal treatment instructions * in conjunction with the MedicAlert Foundation
Home/Self Infusion - Supports the special training and education necessary to begin self infusion
Carrier Program - All families and doctors have access to a carrier detection program * genetic counselling available
Formerly the South Western Ontario Regional Hemophilia Program
