Description of Services

Newcomer Settlement Program
Individual and group sessions for settlement support services, referrals, information, and orientation
Mobile Settlement Services in Shelter Program
In-group workshops, individual and group workshops (including providing information, orientation, referral, and needs assessment) for homeless and under-housed newcomers who are Permanent Residents and Convention Refugee families
Newcomer Youth Program

  • volunteer opportunities
  • homework help and mentorship support
  • recreational activities including sports, music, arts
  • family reunification
  • in partnership with other service providers
  • individual and group mental health and wellness support
  • post-secondary and scholarship support
