Description of Services
Supports for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people
remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral
to other community services
- Caregiver Support One-on-one and group support, as well as counseling for caregivers * training, information and education in providing physical and emotional care to client * information and referral to community resources * weekly support group

Temporary relief for caregivers of people with complex medical conditions

- light housekeeping
- light grocery shopping
- In-Home Support In-home services and social worker services to older adults and adults with disabilities
- Seniors Intervention and Assistance Services Comprehensive case management support is provided to clients living in the community * services include financial support, client isolation, psychosocial support and palliative care
