Permanent residents, convention refugees and refugee claimants and all immigrants regardless of immigration status and length of residency in Canada including socially marginalized, homeless and non-status


Residency requirements: Bloor St (north) to Lake Ontario (south), and Roncesvalles (west) to Bathurst St (east)

Individual assistance with immigration, orientation and other settlement-related issues
