Eligibility / Target Population
Adults aged 55 and older who is medically stable and diagnosed of dementia with associated behavioural symptoms including those with additional diagnosis of acquired brain injury/traumatic brain injury, Huntington's disease, developmental disability and other mental health illness * must be referred by MD

20-Bed Short-Term Dementia Care
Unit offers specialized interdisciplinary services focusing on the
assessment and treatment of complex neurological diseases and associated
behavioral symptoms in adults diagnosed with neurocognitive disease, specifically
dementia
