Application
Referrals must be made by a doctor who accepts responsibility for medical care until clients are seen * documentation of medical evaluations, i.e physical exam, blood work and ECG results completed within the past four weeks must accompany referral

Services for people experiencing anorexia nervosa, bulimia and eating problems, including restricting, binging, purging, excessive exercising and low body weight
Inpatient Services - For patients who are acutely ill * WD Sutton school provides education
Day Treatment - For normalization of eating * WD Sutton school provides education
Outpatient Services - Assessment and treatment
Outreach workers also available in Goderich, Stratford, Woodstock, Sarnia, Chatham and Owen Sound * limited services including screening, psycho-education groups and/or therapy
