Description of Services
An outpatient service for individuals who have had a stroke or Transient Ischaemic Attack (TIA) * stroke neurologists and clinic nurse specialists assess individuals and make recommendations to provide strategies about stroke management and prevention *links patients to a multidisciplinary Regional Stroke Team and other community resources
