Resource centre for families learning to cope with life-altering illnesses such as diabetes, stroke, heart disease, dementia, arthritis and Parkinson's
Caregiver Support Groups - Three monthly support groups * discussions on topics relating to dementia and caregiving * individual family sessions available upon request
Education Sessions and Social Events - Monthly group education sessions and social events such as: Living with Stroke, Living with Stroke and Aphasia, Alzheimer's-specific workshops (i.e. Meaningful Activities, Finding Joy and Humour, Family Dynamics), Relaxation, Spiritual Reflections, and more!
