Adult Protective Service Worker Program - Case management for adults with a developmental disability who are living independently * helps connect to community resources
Passport Program - Supports for adults with a developmental disability to connect with their community and live as independently as possible * supports may include activities of daily living, community participation, funding for caregiver respite services and supports
