Older adults and adults with disabilities, who need physical, social, or emotional supports * care coordinators assess the needs of applicants

Fees

$13 per day * additional fee for transportation

Description of Services

Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

Provides supervised activities in a group setting * caregivers are given respite, support information and appropriate agency referral

friendship and leisure activities
personal care
counseling
exercise program
outings and recreational activities weather permitting
blood pressure checks and weight monitoring

Currently accepting referrals and will contact clients once lockdown measures have been lifted for reopening
