Description of Services

Serves the area from Burlington to Guelph, and from Cambridge-Kitchener-Waterloo to Orangeville and focuses on Deaf plus individuals, principally those graduating from the Drury School, so they can continue to be in an environment where they are understood, have a sense of belonging, and have friends

The Centre provides job skills training and can assist with:
  • job placement
  • life skills
  • literacy
  • basic math
  • internet training

Day Program (Mon to Fri) provides meaningful experience to participants to help build on strengths and interests, meet and socialize with peers, and focus on areas of growth within a communication rich environment * virtual day program is also available * offers activities, sports and community outings; computer use; motor skill and life skill development among other activities as well as a focus on employment readiness and volunteerism for those who identify an interest in obtaining volunteer or paid employment * located in Milton and Toronto sites
