Three floors with a total of 68 suites (23 private rooms and 45 apartments: bachelor, one and two-bedroom) * serving approximately 80 residents who are independent and do not need 24-hour care * assisted living (12 to 15 units), supportive housing (15 units, care subsidized by Ontario Health) and independent retirement residences with optional services (not RHRA licensed) * each unit has an emergency call system

• weekly medical services provided by the home's physician
• pharmacy services and deliveries of medications
• medication monitoring
• individualized assistance with daily activities
• personal care services including bathing, dressing and grooming
• laboratory and mobile radiology services (by doctor's referral)
• physiotherapy services (by doctor's referral)
• daily group exercise
• twice weekly exercise classes provided by Bayshore
• weekly hairdressing services and bi-monthly foot care services (additional fee) by a licensed podiatrist
• minimum of 2 staff members are on duty 24 hours a day for assistance
• free daily group exercise, chair yoga, falls prevention and osteoporosis programs for older adults, older adults with disabilities and those that suffer from chronic illness
• senior's day program held three times a week, every Mon, Wed and Sat * fees apply
• manicure and pedicure spa available onsite by appointment once per week (Thu)
