Provides support to people living with progressive, life-threatening illnesses and their loved ones
Services include:
Services include:
- Interdisciplinary approach to care planning including Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, Registered Dietitians, Social Work and CCAC.
- Nursing care delivered by specially trained nursing staffs who have undergone Comprehensive Advanced Palliative Care Education certification (CAPCE).
