Description of Services
Apartments with 24-hour personal care
Alternative to institutionalization for older adults and adults with disabilities who wish to continue living in the community but who require support services beyond that which can be provided through Ontario Health atHome and other community-based services
Services can also be provided to clients in their own homes who live East of Adelaide and North of Oxford
- on-site PSW staff
- meal preparation
- light housekeeping
- medication assistance
- safety checks
