Family Centre Carling-Thames

Are you looking for information regarding your child's development? The Ages & Stages Questionnaires (ASQ) is a developmental screening tool that pinpoints developmental progress in children. A staff will be visiting our Family Centre on July 15th from 2:30PM-5:30PM and on August 14th from 3PM-6PM. Families can drop in to talk about any questions or concerns they have!

Join us for our 0-18 month old EarlyON Baby and Me playgroup. We will have a variety of materials and activities for the whole family to enjoy.

Join us at Beacock Library for our 0-6 indoor playgroup. During this playgroup you will be able to explore the Library and enjoy some fun activities and materials set up.

Join us at the Family Centre for our EarlyON Evening playgroup for ages 0-6 years of age. We will have a variety of activities for the family to engage together with.

Join us at Rowntree Church for our EarlyON Intergenerational Baking program. We will be making fresh baked goods together! We hope to see you there!

Join us at Kensington Village for our 0-6 intergenerational playgroup. We will have materials and activities set up to engage with and residents of the retirement centre will also be joining in on the fun!

Join us for our 0-6 EarlyON Nature Adventures Outdoor Playgroup at Ed Blake Park. We will have a variety of outdoor materials and activities set up for you and your family to enjoy. We also have access to the splash pad as well as the playgroup equipment. Looking forward to seeing you there!

Join us for our outdoor EarlyON playgroup at Huronview Park. We will have access to the playground and we will be bringing a variety of materials for you to play with!

Join us virtually for our EarlyON Play and Learn program with Amy! Each week we will be exploring items and creating materials together online through Teams.

Join us for a fun afternoon at Stronach Recreation Centre at the pool. We will enjoy an afternoon of swimming and playing in the water. We look forward to seeing you there!

Join us for our Lego Land Nights program. This program runs the first three Wednesdays in July and we will have refreshments and snacks. We will be building Lego sets and have Lego themed activities for children and caregivers.

SWIS workers will be running a variety of activities in the community room at the Family Centre.

During LUSO's Youth Cooking program you will be cooking and doing activities together at the Family Centre.

A prenatal nutrition program for pregnant individuals and their support person, facilitated by a Public Health Nurse and Registered Dietitian.
