The City of London and the County of Middlesex want to hear from you

The London-Middlesex Child Care and Early Years Service System Plan outlines priorities for child care and early years services in the City of London and Middlesex County.

As we prepare to renew this plan, we want to hear from families who are interested in and affected by the child care system where they live.

Taking this survey will help us highlight successes within the system, uncover challenges faced by families and child care operators, and find opportunities to better connect families with the right provider within our communities.

The survey is voluntary, confidential, and anonymous. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
