Indigenous individuals who have pled guilty or are found guilty after trial

Must be residents of Thunder Bay
Priority is given to Indigenous women and to clients facing six months or more in custody

Description des services:
Prepares a report that provides systemic background factors and life circumstances of an Indigenous offender to the court at sentencing
Provides culturally appropriate recommendations for sentencing alternatives to custody
Offers Gladue Aftercare to support the development of the recommendations
Offers an anger management program
Assists, supports, and advocates on behalf of the offender to follow through with the recommendations
