Supports are provided throughout the residency
Length of stay is up to two years

Description des services:

Provides a complex of transitional housing units for individuals returning to the community from addictions treatment to have the best possible chance of recovery

Offers the space and support for individuals to build on skills learned while in treatment and to learn and solidify new habits and ways of life to prevent relapse
Helps clients to develop sober social relationships and to participate in sober living activities
Provides daily structured programs such as meditation, group sessions, daily living skills including cooking and cleaning, and cultural/land-based activities
Provides counselling and ongoing guidance as needed
Assists clients to host weekly Narcotics Anonymous (NA) meetings
