Description des services:

Provides individuals with rapid access to time-limited addiction care from any Halton Healthcare Services including three Emergency Departments and all inpatient units * clinic works in close partnership with Halton ADAPT

Services include:

assessment of substance use disorders and review of treatment options
medications for alcohol and/or opioid use disorders
overdose prevention education and take-home Naloxone kits
management of withdrawal symptoms
counselling
collaboration and referral to community partners
