A peer network of parents interested in positive parenting, skill-building, leadership, and resource sharing. It has two components: - Educational workshops (to raise the parents’ awareness of the youth’s developmental needs and the impact of the stereotype on their identity development ) - Parent Support Group (to share the strategy and tips in interacting with youth at home) Inclusion criteria: - Chinese parents (Mandarin and Cantonese) - Have children between 11 to 18 years old - Lives in York Region - Wants to access more community resources
