- Signed Memorandum of Understanding required between consumer, host family and Association
Admissibilité / population desservie
- Individuals 18 years of age and older with an intellectual and/or developmental disability who would benefit from living in a family setting family and
- Families willing to envision a lifetime commitment to sharing their home with an adult requiring support
- Family must be willing to allow external monitoring and advocacy for the dependent consumer and
- Agree to an in-depth annual review of the arrangement
