Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals. Referrals are through The Access Point. Please call or fill out the application form online. Once the application is received, a service navigator will call the individual to set up an appointment to do an intake assessment.

A high-support boarding house, for adults with psychiatric illness and histories of homelessness or the risk of homelessness. Services include meal preparation, supervision of medications, assistance with personal care activities, and individualized support, with a strong emphasis on recovery principles.
