Community-based program that focuses on having services available for those who need long-term treatment and support.

Community Mental Health Clinic - referrals go through an intake system where services and resources are determined based on eligibility and treatment plan requirements. 

Case Management - community support to maintain stability and manage mental illness. Supportive housing is available for those who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness (as a result of mental illness).
