Medically stable residents of Niagara Region with a confirmed cancer diagnosis * must demonstrate potential to improve functionality * must be motivated and willing to participate * must be able to tolerate two hours of activity in a group setting * must be able to understand, follow instructions, and learn * must be able to manage own personal care (or have caregiver available to help) while on site * must be able to arrange own transportation

Group-based outpatient rehabilitation program for people who are receiving or have completed treatment for cancer * goal is to improve patient's strength, mobility, functional independence, endurance, and emotional well-being * services provided by physiatrists, nurse, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, kinesiologist, and rehabilitation assistant

Maintenance level of rehabilitative care for patients working to prevent functional decline/injury or maintain functional performance
