- Individuals will go through an assessment and screening process to determine if they're suitable for the Lodge
Admissibilité / population desservie
Individuals 18 years of age and older who are continuing treatment and rehabilitation for mental health and problematic substance use that poses a barrier to maintaining safe, stable housing and
- Are currently homeless (including transitional or inadequate housing and not paying rent) or
- Are currently on the Rent-Geared-To-Income waitlist and qualify for high needs housing
- Have current involvement with a community support or case management provider and
- Must have some form of income support (ie OW, ODSP, pension)
Frais
None - on-site support staff; rent - rent geared to income and food costs
