Description des services:

Advocacy and support for people with hearing loss who need assistance with managing daily life events * counsellors work with clients to:

complete forms and applications
renew or replace a driver's license, health card, or passport
navigate through various government programs or agencies
provide information for advocating clients' rights
attend meetings with clients where additional support is need
provider assessments and recommendations for communication devices
refer clients to other services and agencies as needed
