Supports to deaf and hard of hearing individuals to find a job and succeed by working with employees and employers to put the right supports in place * employment consultants can provide help with:

job search challenges related to hearing loss
career planning
identify job related training and development programs
resume and cover letter writing
help preparing for interviews
arrange an interpreter or live translation of speech to text for your interviews
accessing funds for work related expenses, such as appropriate clothing, training, or assistive devices including hearing aids
