This program provides services to youth facing social, behavioural, economical, educational and family challenges. For youth ages 12 to 21 of Chinese background living in North York, Scarborough and Toronto (East of Young). This program helps link youth to resources and opportunities in the community. Case management services, Clinician services are provided though phone, OTN and other means of e-communication, Programs are still accepting referrals.
