  • Offers a walk-in/talk-in counselling clinic
  • Offers sessions over the phone, virtually via Zoom, or in person
  • Provides additional support if needed and will offer referrals to other resources and services
    • Helps with a variety of issues that may include:
    • Addictions
    • Adjusting to a new diagnosis
    • Anxiety
    • Depression
    • Feeling overwhelmed
    • Grief and loss
    • Parenting issues
    • Relationship issues
    • Stress
    • Teen issues
