Description des services:

Provides personal care and essential homemaking to frail older adults and adults with special needs * clients must be able to direct their own care and be alone between visits by Personal Support Workers.

Services include:

Personal Care such as help with dressing, grooming, washing, toileting and mobility
Homemaking Services including light dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, laundry and meal preparation
Security Checks that include regular contact via intermittent visits and telephone calls.
