This program is accessible to youth who are in detention and have had their bail denied, who have a source of surety, who have an interest in participating in the program, who have parent/guardian support and who live in the city of Toronto.
Service providers at court, duty counsel, defense lawyers, probation officers, detention/custody staff, parents and youth can refer to the program.
