Description des services:

Online group therapy services for people living with the effects of an acquired brain injury * offers three types of therapy, each requiring a weekly commitment of approximately 2.5 hours:

10 weeks of Goal Management Training
11 weeks of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
9 weeks of Relaxation and Mindfulness Skills Training

Depending on needs, participants may complete just one or all three modules
