Description des services:

Interactive education and exercise program to help people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) manage their condition. Participants exercise twice-weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and attend education group on Thursdays before or after their scheduled exercise group time.

1:1 education also available as needed during Rapids Family Health Team's regular office hours.
