Telephone and online mentoring program that matches a person living with the effects of an acquired brain injury with a mentor with lived experience * mentors offer guidance and support based on their own experience living with an acquired brain injury * mentor/partner matches are time specific and are made based on similar experiences, needs, and personal interests

The Hamilton Brain Injury Association is a registered not-for-profit organization that provides free support to survivors of acquired brain injury and their loved ones. The Provincial Peer Support Program is coordinated locally by the Hamilton Brain Injury Association.
